Trish DevlinTrish Devlin
Executive Director

With a strong background and extensive experience in training, development and customer service Trish made a career move into the social service sector commencing 2002. She was appointed as Senior Manager Business Development in the CatholicCare Senior Management team in 2007. Skilled in management of aged care service provision and now extending that experience into the arena of families, Trish is adding a Bachelor of Management to her Advanced Diploma of Human Resources and Diploma of Welfare - Community Services. Trish is currently an elected Board Member of the NSW family support peak body FamS (NSW Family Services Inc) and also Chair of the Central Coast Family Law Pathways Network.


Andrew ClarkAndrew Clark
Chief Financial Officer

Andrew is a chartered accountant with executive management experience in commerce and the not-for-profit sector. He has considerable experience in governance, accounting systems, financial management, compliance, risk management, change management and leadership.

A former senior partner in a mid-sized accountancy practice he has acted as advisor to clients in various industries and has been a director on the boards of private companies, unlisted public companies and member-based not-for-profit organisations.


Romaine MossRomaine Moss
Senior Manager People and Culture

Romaine has a Bachelor of Science with an honours degree in Psychology as well as post graduate qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and Safety Science. She has worked in people and culture teams across a variety of financial institutions, government and manufacturing organisations and not-for-profit organisations. Romaine has worked with CatholicCare as Manager of Work Health Safety for 9½ years before being appointed Senior Manager People and Culture in November 2016. Romaine has a high level of experience in quality systems, auditing, training, injury management, and Workers Compensation and has worked closely in the People and Culture team on a number of HR, Industrial Relations matters and change management projects.


Kerry EdgecombeKerry Edgecombe
Chief Operating Officer

Kerry has a BA and training in counselling and ADR. She is an accredited LSI / GSI practitioner. She has 20 years management experience in the social services, government and corporate sectors. She has designed and implemented strategy, services, programs and tools which help people build capacity and capability to participate economically and socially, delivering improved outcomes for people and communities. Her particular interests in innovation to address social challenges - strategically, systemically and directly through collaborative service and program design.

Kerry's expertise includes strategy and planning, governance and compliance, change management and service design and implementation. She has extensive experience in developing customer and client centric approaches and policy, also customer / client and stakeholder engagement strategies.
