Accommodation and Housing

Housing Advocacy and Support provides temporary supported accommodation, outreach and early intervention for single parents and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

A caseworker assists each family address issues which have led to homelessness and supports each family towards independent living. 

Group work offered in this program addresses issues of risk of homelessness such as financial management, domestic violence, access to support systems, legal information, anxiety, depression and life skills. 

Services for to children in this program include holiday and respite care, activities aimed at reducing isolation and homework support.
